PETROJET organization structure comprises a Central General Department for Procurement activities enforced with qualified Engineers, Procurement specialists and Expeditors. The Department is chiefly responsible for ensuring the availability of purchased available in time with the lowest price by the most qualified vendors. This is effectuated starting from receiving the requisitions up to material delivery at site warehouse. Also, the department is responsible for verifying the material for compliance with the specified project requirements, as well as taking appropriate actions for non-conforming products. The Department is responsible for inventory control and Warehousing of all materials and availing emergency needs from strategic stocks.
